The EPIC camera is a tapeless image acquisition system that writes digital media to a portable hard drive. It is capable of shooting in 5K mode, which is approximately many times the resolution of high definition video. The EPIC Post-Production workshop will cover workflow strategies and the RED-capable technology available in CSV's A-room. Topic cover include:

-The different compressions/resolutions/framerates/filetypes and what they affect.
-How to create proxies if using an NLE that doesn't support R3D files.
-All of the options with pre-processing the footage prior to editing/vfx/colour correcting.
-How to utilize HDRx, both with the built in slider and how to manually (and properly) deal with that footage
-How to do post-process speed ramping with some high-speed footage.
