Introduction to Adobe After Effects

A survey workshop on After Effects, covering video and animation sequences, composition, timelines, keyframes, wireframes, masking, titling and applying effects. Participants would benefit by having some knowledge of video editing and graphics applications.

Instructor: Dennis Day

Dennis Day is an award-winning visual artist and editor, who has produced, directed and exhibited over a dozen short video projects of his own. Over his 25 year career, he has also worked and collaborated with numerous artists as a film/video editor and compositor. He most recently taught post-production and visual effects in the Film & Media Program at Humber College (Lakeshore Campus). Dennis also works with digital photography, and his latest body of photo-based works was a Featured Exhibition at this year’s CONTACT photo festival.
