PSC 48 PHantom is a 9 V battery powered deviced supplying 48 V phantom power required by some of the microphones.

It perfect in situations when camera or audio recording device does not offer such facilities, or when conserving camera's battery is important (phantom power draws significant amount of current).
Single 9 V battery will last for at least 10 hours in PSC 48 PH.
